Cold Uncooked Soup
 
(Gazpacho)

		½ pound tomatoes
		A small clove of garlic
		2 oz bread
		¼ cup vinegar
		¼ cup olive oil
		Salt, pepper and sugar
		1 pint water
		
  
		FOR THE GARNISH
		2 oz diced tomatoes
		2 oz diced cucumber
		2 oz diced green pepper
		2 oz fried croutons

									| How To Cook: |

									 |  
	1. Cut up the tomatoes and bread and mix with the olive oil and some of the water until creamy (use an electric mixer if available).

	2. Sieve the mixture into a bowl which has been rubbed round with garlic, and then add the remaining water and the vinegar.
  
 |  
	3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

	4. Either add the garnishes to the soup, or serve them in separate bowls.
