  • 1 egg yolk
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ ounces port
  • Celery salt
  • A 4-ounce wine or cocktail glass

  • How To Cook:
    1. Slide the egg yolk gently into the wine or cocktail glass, so that the yolk remains intact.

    2. Season it lightly with a few grindings of black pepper, add the Worcestershire sauce and float the port on the top.

    3. Sprinkle with celery salt and swallow the drink without breaking the yolk.
