What You Need:            (To Make: 1 cocktail)

  • 1½ ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1½ ounces "Pisco" (Peruvian brandy)
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • A 4-ounce cocktail glass, chilled

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the orange juice, "pisco" and ice cubes in a mixing glass, and place a bar shaker on top of the glass.

    2. Grasping the glass and shaker firmly together with both hands, shake them vigorously 9 or 10 times.

    3. Remove the shaker, and place a strainer over the mixing glass.

    4. Then pour the "yugeno" into a chilled cocktail glass.
