What You Need:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk or coconut milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Preheat oven to 220°F.

    2. Grease baking pan.

    3. Mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar and salt.

    4. Whisk together beaten eggs and coconut milk.

    5. Add to this the dry ingredients and stir, blending well.

    6. Add oil and bake for 25 minutes.
