What You Need:

  • 1 dozen ackee (or more)
  • Salt water
  • Butter

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare ackee by discarding seeds and taking out pink skin.

    2. Cover in salt water for the five minutes. Drain. Fry in hot butter.

    3. Drain on paper towels and serve.

    NOTE:
        This recipe can be used for tinned ackee.
