What You Need:

6 star apples (use pulp only)
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lime juice
Angostura bitters

1. Cut star apples in half, remove pulp and mix with rum, sugar and lime juice.

2. Add a few drops of angostura bitters.
