What You Need:            (To Make: 2 cups)

  • 2½ tablespoons ice water
  • 2½ tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch ground nutmeg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Place water in a medium-size bowl; sprinkle with dry milk.

    2. Beat with an electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form, 10 to 12 minutes.

    3. Add lemon juice and nutmeg; beat until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

    4. Serve over cake.
