How To Cook: |

1. Cut arm steak into serving pieces.

2. Mix together flour, paprika, salt and pepper; dredge meat with seasoned flour.
|
3. Brown meat on both sides in lard; pour off drippings.
|
4. Add onion and ¼ cup water; cover and cook slowly 1½ hours, or until meat is tender.
|
5. Thicken liquid with additional unseasoned flour added to remaining water.
|
6. Fold in sour cream; heat through but do not boil.
|
7. Serve alone or over hot buttered noodles.
