  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Zartar Blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Blend all the ingredients together.

    2. Spread this on the top of 2 or 3 circles of pita bread and pop them under the broiler for just a few minutes.

    3. Then cut them into wedges and serve.
