What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 2 cups each of coarsely shredded red and green cabbage, washed, dried, and chilled
  • 2 red apples, unpeeled, cored, and sliced
  • 3 medium-sized celery stalks, cleaned and chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine cabbage, apples, and celery in a medium bowl.

    2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to cabbage mixture.

    3. Mix well. Serve at once or refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
