A perfect dressing for fruit, cottage cheese, mixed green, cucumber, or tomato salads.

What You Need:            (To Make: about 1¼ cups)

  • ½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Crush mint leaves in a small bowl.

    2. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    3. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    4. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
