A dressing that's just right for fresh spinach and other greens, sliced white radishes, or cucumbers.

What You Need:            (To Make: about 1 cup)

  • ½ cup peanut or salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice or white wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions, with some tops (optional)
  • Pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
