  • 2 pound asparagus
  • Salted water
  • 5 oz uncooked Grisons ham
  • ½ pound tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash and prepare the asparagus and cook in salted water; strain and cool.

    2. Divide into 4 equal portions and place on a large plate, forming a cross.

    3. Fill the gaps between the arms of the cross with rolled slices of ham and surround with sliced ripe tomatoes.

    4. Fill the center of the cross with mayonnaise. Serve cold.
