What You Need:            (To Serve: 6)

  • 3 cups cold, shelled, cooked, medium-sized shrimp
  • 3 cups cold, cooked rice
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • ¾ cup diced green pepper
  • About ¾ cup French dressing
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • Crisp lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 large tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber, washed, scored, and sliced

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine first six ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

    2. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

    3. Serve over lettuce leaves garnished with tomato wedges and cucumber slices.
