What You Need:            (To Serve: 6)

  • 2 quarts mixed salad greens, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces, and chilled
  • ½ cup sliced scallions, with some tops
  • 3 cups slivered cold, cooked ham (about ¾ pound)
  • 2 cups slivered cold, cooked turkey (about ¾ pound)
  • ½ pound Swiss or American cheese, slivered
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and cut into wedges
  • 6 radish roses
  • 1 cup vinaigrette or French dressing

  • How To Cook:
    1. Arrange salad greens in a salad bowl.

    2. Place scallions, ham, chicken or turkey, and cheese over greens.

    3. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, and radish roses.

    4. Serve dressing with the salad.
