What You Need:            (To Serve: 6)

  • 2 cups cold, cooked or canned kidney beans
  • 2 cups cold, cooked or canned white beans
  • 2 cups cold, cut-up, cooked green beans
  • 8 scallions, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned, and cut up
  • About 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup golden or seedless raisins

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine kidney, white, and green beans in a large bowl.

    2. Add scallions, celery, and orange, mix well.

    3. Combine yogurt, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; add to salad.

    4. To serve, sprinkle the top with walnuts and raisins.
