What You Need:            (To Make: about 1 cup)

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup rum
  • Grated nutmeg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and smooth.

    2. Add rum a little at a time.

    3. Continue beating until very fluffy.

    4. Serve over bread pudding with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg on top of sauce.
