2 pound lamb
12 button onions
5 tablespoons butter
1 large tomato (peeled)
Salt and pepper to taste
Few bay leaves
½ teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons water

How To Cook: |

|
1. Cut meat into small cubes and place in heavy frying pan with onions, butter, peeled tomato, salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme and about 2 tablespoons water.

2. Cook, tightly covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes, then decrease to low and continue cooking for another 2 hours.
