4 quinces
Minced cooked mutton or chicken
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon honey
1 oz butter

How To Cook: |

1. Core the quinces, cover with boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes.
|
2. Drain and stuff with the seasoned meat.
|
3. Place in a shallow fire-proof dish, pour on the honey, dot with butter and bake in a moderate oven (375°F) for 1 hour.
