1 pound mutton
3 - 4 pound cooked lentils
Mixed spices
Butter
2 eggs

How To Cook: |

|
1. Cut the mutton into small pieces and cook with the lentils and enough water to moisten.
|
2. When thoroughly cooked pound the mixture as smooth as possible, add eggs and spices, make into rissoles about ½ inches thick and fry in butter until brown.
|
3. Serve with salad.
