What You Need:

3 tablespoons icing sugar
2 good teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 tablespoon strained grenadilla juice

1. Cook all together in a double saucepan till thick.

2. Leave to get cold, and spread between the sandwich cake layers.

GRENADILLA ICING:
|
1. Boil 1½ teaspoons juice, then let it cool a little and add enough icing sugar to make a thick icing.
