  • 1 pound smoked haddock
  • 1 cup seedless raisins or sultanas
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 oz melted butter
  • Pepper

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook the smoked haddock, flake and remove all bones and skin.

    2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, put in a greased dish and reheat.
