What You Need:

  • Chicken meat from the bones
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 pint coconut cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Strip the meat from the bones and roll it in flour, then fry brown in butter.

    2. Put into casserole with finely chopped onion, rice, a little green chili and coconut cream.

    3. Cook for 1 - 1½ hours in a moderate oven (350°F).
