  • 2 pound fish
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • Juice of 4 good-sized lemons

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare about 2 pound fish.

    2. Cook sliced onions in enough water to cover the fish; when they are done, put in the fish and cook until tender.

    3. Take a little of the fish liquor, mix with well beaten eggs, add the lemon juice, then stir into the fish and reheat without boiling.

    4. Remove from the heat, cool and leave in a cold place till set.
