4 bananas
1 pint milk
½ pint whipped cream

1. Make baked custard with the eggs, milk and sugar, cooking it in a large dish so that this is only three-quarters full.
|
2. Leave the custard to get quite cold, and then cover it with a layer of mashed bananas and a final layer of whipped cream.
