What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 cups cold veal, lamb or chicken, diced
  • 2 heads of lettuce, shredded
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • Well-seasoned French dressing
  • A few mint leaves, minced

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all the ingredients and add the French dressing.

    2. Toss until well mixed and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
