What You Need:

  • Meat
  • Potatoes
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - 2 tomatoes

  • How To Cook:
    1. Leftover of any cooked meat can be used for this cold dish.

    2. Slice the meat very thinly, cut some boiled potatoes in small dices, and add a few lettuce leaves, thinly sliced onion, thinly sliced green pepper and boiled egg (the white and the yellow chopped separately).

    3. Prepare a salad dressing with wine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Add to the mixture and decorate with sliced tomatoes.
