  • 1 pound haricot beans
  • Water
  • 1 pound onions
  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 2 cups of oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soak haricot beans overnight in cold water, drain, and cover with fresh water and bring to the boil.

    2. Fry chopped onions and sliced tomatoes in oil.

    3. Add the beans with a little water; simmer for about half an hour, until beans are tender.
