  • A young chicken
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter
  • Salt
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • Black pepper
  • 2 red peppers

  • How To Cook:
    1. Split open the chicken, flatten it and rub well with salt and pepper.

    2. Mix the melted butter with the soya sauce and chopped red peppers, then put the chicken under the grill and brush it continually with this mixture.

    3. Cook until the chicken is browned on both sides and tender when tested - 15-20 minutes.

    TIP:
        Soya burns easily, so take care not to let the grill get too hot.
