What You Need:

  • 6 oz flour
  • Pepper
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1½ oz fat
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix the dry ingredients and rub in the fat with the fingertips.

    2. Mix to a firm, light dough with cold water, divide into 10 or 12 equal-sized portions, roll into balls, and cook in boiling water for about 25 minutes.
