What You Need:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon almond essence
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • cup granulated sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. In bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.

    2. Add salt and almond extract; continue beating until soft peak forms.

    3. Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until stiff. Into this egg-white mixture, fold pecans and chocolate.
