What You Need:            (To Serve: 2)

  • 4 fillets of veal
  • Seasoned flour
  • 2 oz lard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ pint sour cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat well fillets of veal and dip them in seasoned flour.

    2. Fry the meat well on both sides in lard, then remove it and keep it hot.

    3. Mix paprika with sour cream and add it to the fat, stir well and put the meat back.

    4. Simmer for a few minutes before serving.
