What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 pound potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1/3 pint stock, water or milk
  • ¼ pint vinegar
  • Sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel and slice onions and boil until tender in stock, water or milk, with butter.

    2. Add vinegar, seasonings, and a little sugar.

    3. Slice cooked peeled potatoes about ¼ inches thick, add to the mixture, bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes.
