This is a simpler version of the Fagelbo.

What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • Egg
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 8 minced anchovy fillets

  • How To Cook:
    1. Place a raw egg yolk in the center of a small round plate and arrange round it a ring of about 1 tablespoon minced onion, then a ring of 8 minced anchovy fillets.

    2. The first person to help himself stirs all the ingredients together.

    TIP:
        As an alternative, mix the ingredients, fry lightly in a little butter and serve on toast or plain biscuits.
