What You Need:            (To Serve: 4)

  • 4 - 6 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 crushed peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 chopped bay leaf
  • 2 crushed cloves
  • Some chopped pickle
  • Sufficient tomato sauce

  • How To Cook:
    1. Trim any superfluous fat from chops.

    2. Make a marinade of salt, crushed peppercorns, chopped parsley, chopped bay leaf, crushed cloves, some chopped pickle and sufficient tomato sauce to mix.

    3. Put the chops in this and leave for 2 days in the refrigerator, turning them over occasionally.

    4. Wipe the chops and fry (or grill).

    5. Serve with a tomato or piquant sauce and pickles.
