What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 4 oz raw lean ham
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ oz butter
  • 5-6 fresh eggs

  • How To Cook:
    1. Shred the ham or cut into small dice.

    2. Chop the garlic finely and mix with the ham, put into a bowl and add the eggs.

    3. Beat lightly, add a little salt and pepper and cook the omelette lightly in the hot melted butter in the usual way.
