What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • ½ pound liver
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Sesame Seed
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut the liver into very thin slices 1½ inches long and 1 inch wide.

    2. Combine the soya sauce, chopped garlic, pepper, Prepared Sesame Seed, oil and sugar and add to the liver.

    3. Cut the onion into quarters and then cut each quarter into 4 slices crosswise; add to the liver.

    4. Cook for 5 minutes, add the water and cook until tender.

    5. Season to taste with salt.
