Red Pepper Spice
(Hrisa)
What You Need:
  • ¼ cup ground cumin
  • ½ cup ground hot red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine the red pepper, cumin and salt in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly blended.

    2. Pour the hrisainto an 8-ounce jar or bottle equipped with a tight-fitting lid.

    3. Cover and store in a cool place until ready to use.
     
    Serving Size: about ¾ cup
