Red Pepper Spice
(Hrisa)
What You Need:
¼
cup
ground cumin
½ cup ground hot red pepper (cayenne)

teaspoons
salt
How To Cook:

. Combine the red pepper, cumin and salt in a small
bowl
and stir until thoroughly blended.

. Pour the
hrisa
into an 8-ounce
jar
or bottle equipped with a tight-fitting lid.

. Cover and store in a cool place until ready to use.
