Shamrock Cheezies With Herb Dip
What You Need:
  • ˝ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill)
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • Butter, melted
  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix together mayonnaise and chopped herbs; set aside.

    2. Place2 slices of cheese on each of 4 bread slices; top with remaining bread. Brush outsides of sandwiches with butter.

    3. Using shamrock - shaped cookie cutter, cut sandwich into shape.

    4. Place large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.

    5. Add sandwiches; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown. Serve with herb dip on side.

    To Make: 4 sandwiches
