Pepper And Lemon Sauce
(Molho De Pimenta E Limao)
What You Need:
4 bottled tabasco peppers, drained and finely chopped
½
cup
finely chopped onions
¼
teaspoon
finely chopped garlic
½ cup fresh lemon juice
How To Cook:

. In a small
bowl
, combine the peppers, onions, garlic and lemon juice, and stir until they are well mixed.

. Marinate, uncovered, at room temperature for an hour before serving, or refrigerate, covered, for as long as 4 hours.
