Christmas Ham With Barbecue Sauce
What You Need:
  • 1 12-15 pound Ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup sherry

  • How To Cook:
    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake ham, allowing 25 minutes per pound.

    2. When ham is almost done, remove from oven, score and odd cloves.

    3. Make a mixture of brown sugar and mustard, then add sherry.

    4. Mixture should be like a thick paste. Coot thickly over ham, then bake for on other ˝ hour.
