Lime Curd
What You Need:
  • 4 limes grated and juiced
  • 1 pound granulated sugar
  • 4 oz butter
  • 4 eggs beaten

    • How To Cook:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and simmer until sugar dissolves and mixture is thick.
    To Make: 2 jars
