Beef Romano
What You Need:
  • cups cubed cooked beef
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 can (10½ ounces) beef gravy
  • 1½ cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cooked Italian green beans
  • ½ cup thin tomato wedges

  • How To Cook:
    1. Brown beef with garlic and oregano in butter in a skillet.

    2. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat, stirring.

    To Serve: 4
