1. To make the stuffing, combine in a saucepan mushrooms, onion and thyme; brown in 3 tablespoons butler until tender.

2. Add ¼ cup soup, bread cubes, apple, sugar and pepper.
|
3. Stuff fish. Place in an 18 by 12 by 2-inch shallow baking pan; brush with melted butler.
|
4. Bake in preheated 350° oven 1 hour, or until done.
|
5. Meanwhile, combine remaining soup, lemon juice and parsley in a saucepan; heat, stirring occasionally.
|
6. Spoon over fish or serve in a gravy boat.
