Greek Spinach Dip
What You Need:
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1
container
(8 ounces) plain low-fat yogurt
˝
teaspoon
dill weed, crushed
˝ teaspoon onion powder vegetable
sticks
(optional)

How To Cook:

. Place spinach in a
sieve
; press out as much liquid as possible.

. Combine spinach with yogurt, dill weed and onion powder in medium-size
bowl
; cover and refrigerate.

. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks if desired.
