Greek Spinach Dip
What You Need:
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 container (8 ounces) plain low-fat yogurt
  • ˝ teaspoon dill weed, crushed
  • ˝ teaspoon onion powder vegetable sticks (optional)

  • How To Cook:
    1. Place spinach in a sieve; press out as much liquid as possible.

    2. Combine spinach with yogurt, dill weed and onion powder in medium-size bowl; cover and refrigerate.

    3. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks if desired.

    To Make: about 1˝ cups
