What You Need: |

1 cup chopped onion
2 large cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1/8 to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans (10¾ ounces each) condensed cream of potato soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
1 pound medium shrimp (31-35 per pound), cleaned and deveined
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chopped tomato
½ cup cooked whole kernel golden corn

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cook onion with garlic, basil and cayenne in oil in a large saucepan until tender.
|
2. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
|
3. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
