											| What You Need: | | | | |

		¼ pound mushrooms, sliced
		½ cup chopped green onion
		1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

		Toast points | | | | |
								| |
								|
									| How To Cook: | | | | | | 1. Cook the butter, mushrooms, green onions and garlic, covered, in a casserole in the microwave oven for 4 minutes.

 | | 2. Add the parsley and ham. Cook one minute more. Stir in the flour and then the wine, salt and pepper.

 | | 3. Cook, covered, 2 minutes in the microwave oven. Stir to make smooth. Add the crab legs and stir in gently to coat.

 | | 4. Cook, covered, just longs enough to heat through. Serve with the toast points made of good bread.

 | | NOTE: | | If you like a little more seasoning, try adding a bit of basil or dill. Take care to not overheat the crab, as overcooking makes it tough and dry. | | | |
