Crab Legs In A Wine Sauce
What You Need:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ pound mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • ¼ cup snipped parsley
  • ¼ pound boiled ham, cut in julienne strips
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound cooked crab legs
  • Toast points

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook the butter, mushrooms, green onions and garlic, covered, in a casserole in the microwave oven for 4 minutes.

    2. Add the parsley and ham. Cook one minute more. Stir in the flour and then the wine, salt and pepper.

    3. Cook, covered, 2 minutes in the microwave oven. Stir to make smooth. Add the crab legs and stir in gently to coat.

    4. Cook, covered, just longs enough to heat through. Serve with the toast points made of good bread.

    NOTE:
If you like a little more seasoning, try adding a bit of basil or dill. Take care to not overheat the crab, as overcooking makes it tough and dry.
