Beef Steak On A Stick
What You Need:
  • 1 pound eye of round or sirloin tip roast
  • ˝ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, white part only, very thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons nuoc mam (fish sauce)
  • How To Cook:
    1. Slice the beef into long thin strips across the grain.

    2. Place the meat in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and marinate for 1 hour.

    3. Place on wooden or bamboo skewers and barbecue to taste.

    4. A few minutes on both sides over high heat should do. Don't overcook!

    To Make: 8 - 10 skewers
