Hand - Rolled Sausage With Onions
What You Need:
  • Hungarian Sausage recipe
  • Onion
  • Sour Cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare a batch of sausage filling from Hungarian Sausage recipe.

    2. Hand-roll these into pieces about 3 inches long and 1˝ inches in diameter.

    3. Pan-fry them, grill them over charcoal, or broil them in an electric oven.

    4. Serve them with a sauce made of pan-fried onions along with a bit of paprika and sour cream.
